Return Policy

Items may not be exchanged due to stock limitations.

Refunds will only be issued if the items purchased have not been shipped, if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer notifies us of receipt of a defective item within 3 days of order receipt.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to issue a refund. Pictures of the defective item must be taken and sent to us at info@michella.shop as proof of defect/damage.
